1. All orders are only accepted on the understanding that the customer has read and understood these Terms & Conditions fully.

2. These Terms & Conditions may change at any time.

 

3. We only supply to Trade Customers.

4. All prices exclude VAT until checkout. 

 

5. All pro forma orders must be paid within 5 working days of receipt of pro forma invoice.  After this, unpaid orders will be cancelled. 

 

6. Goods remain the property of Ero Enterprises Ltd until paid for in full.

 

7. The goods shall remain the property of Ero Enterprises Ltd, but the risk therein and all liability to third  parties shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery.

 

8. Ero Enterprises Ltd shall be entitled to recover goods if payment for the goods or any other debt due to the seller in respect of supplies of goods is overdue for payment.

 

9. All prices are subject to VAT and are subject to change without notice.

 

10. Claims for shortages and breakages/damages must be made in writing within three working days of receipt of goods. No claims will be authorised after this. 

 

11. The customer will not be entitled to withhold payment of any monies due to Ero Enterprises Ltd, in respect of any claims. These will be dealt with separately. 

 

12. All images are for illustrative purposes only.  Packaging and formulas may vary to the picture depending on the manufacturer supply. 

 

13. We do not accept returns for manufacturers updated packaging or formulas.  If a customer requires a specific packaging or formula, it is upon the customer to check first which packaging/formula Ero Enterprises Ltd has in stock. 

 

14. All products and offers are subject to stock availability.

 

15. Prices shown are in UK Pound Sterling.

 

16. RRPs shown are for guidance only. It is at the retailer’s discretion to set their own retail price and margin.
